Nurse Navigator – Overnights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer service and virtual care via live messaging, video, phone, and/or email.

• Record patient interactions in the EMR system.

• Adhere to and implement clinically validated triage protocols.

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards for both patients and providers.

• Carry out basic nursing duties, outpatient testing, medication management, and related activities.

• Assist patients with technology troubleshooting.

• Guarantee a smooth patient call center experience.

• Manage lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and other facets of patient care.

• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving the telemedicine experience.

• Help identify technological solutions that enhance patient experience.

• Execute additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical/bedside hospital environment is essential.

• An active, unencumbered RN license issued by the state of residence, with compact/multistate privileges, is mandatory.

• At least an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.

• Practical RN experience in ER/ED, ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, Med-Surg, Oncology, and/or Float is highly desirable.

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Capability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• Strong critical thinking skills to navigate new and challenging situations.

• Excellent multitasking abilities.

• A keen interest in and adaptability to new technologies.

• Proficiency in oral and written communication, along with strong typing skills.

• Capacity to assess and interact with patients through a text-based platform.

• Flexible and quick learner, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Availability for shifts: overnight, from 10:45pm to 9:45am Eastern Time, four days per week on rotating schedules; every other weekend is required.
