Nurse Consultant, Medical Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess issues, challenges, and needs to establish target outcomes.

• Create and assist in the execution of objectives, solutions, and action plans.

• Suggest modifications to disability management strategies and procedures.

• Examine files to confirm medical and rehabilitation action plans.

• Propose measures to support insured individuals in their recovery and reintegration into the workforce.

• Facilitate the timely acquisition of diagnoses and medical opinions to validate treatment plans.

• Analyze data, perform studies, offer recommendations, and compose reports.

• Manage cases that require specialized intervention and develop tailored strategies.

• Negotiate return-to-work conditions with clients and practitioners, including attending physicians.

• Provide advice and support to clients and partners as part of intervention and development initiatives.

• Prepare recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

• Utilize analytical skills and extensive industry knowledge to resolve complex problems.

• Collaborate and engage with stakeholders from various fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least four years of pertinent experience.

• Note that alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be accepted.

• Excellent communication abilities in both French and English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the responsibilities or work tools, as well as interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
