This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify problems, challenges, and requirements to define target outcomes.

• Create and assist in executing objectives, solutions, and action plans.

• Suggest modifications to disability management strategies and processes.

• Examine files to confirm medical and rehabilitation action plans.

• Propose measures to support insured individuals in their recovery and return to work.

• Facilitate the acquisition of diagnoses and medical opinions to validate treatment plans.

• Evaluate data, perform studies, provide recommendations, and compose reports.

• Manage cases necessitating specialized intervention and devise strategies.

• Negotiate return-to-work agreements with clients and healthcare practitioners, including attending physicians.

• Counsel and support clients and partners on intervention and development initiatives.

• Formulate recommendations, solutions, and action plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

• Collaborate and engage with stakeholders from various fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least four years of pertinent experience.

• Note that alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be accepted.

• Proficient communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the responsibilities and interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.

• Skills in ambiguity management, business insight, collaboration, customer focus, appreciation of differences, interpersonal savvy, and agile learning.
