This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
β’ Lead and facilitate the implementation of the Cardiac PET laboratory at new client sites.
β’ Guide customers through the startup phase, from pre-launch planning to the go-live stage.
β’ Collaborate with administrators, physicians, technologists, nurses, vendors, and CDL leadership during the implementation process.
β’ Develop efficient workflows, imaging protocols, and operational best practices.
β’ Ensure the integration of CardioNavix equipment and processes within customer facilities.
β’ Train nuclear medicine technologists, physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
β’ Provide applications training for Cardiac PET imaging systems and their software.
β’ Support the development of clinical competencies and ongoing educational programs.
β’ Assist in onboarding and mentoring new CDL staff members.
β’ Act as a clinical expert for operations involving Cardiac PET imaging and Rb-82 infusion systems.
β’ Address clinical, operational, and technical challenges at customer sites.
β’ Support the development of clinical protocols, workflow enhancements, and quality assurance initiatives.
β’ Aid in troubleshooting equipment-related issues and coordinating with vendors.
β’ Uphold ALARA principles and ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
β’ Review site documentation and operational procedures.
β’ Assist in radiation safety activities related to transportation and hubs.
β’ Participate in customer site audits, assessments, and compliance evaluations.
β’ Serve as a reliable clinical partner to physicians, technologists, and healthcare leaders.
β’ Regularly visit customer locations to foster ongoing clinical excellence.
β’ Monitor customer satisfaction and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
β’ Provide management with consistent updates on site performance and client requirements.
β’ Cultivate long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and collaboration.
β’ Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine.
β’ NMTCB and/or ARRT (N) Certification.
β’ At least four years of experience in Nuclear Cardiology and/or Cardiac PET.
β’ Proven expertise in Cardiac PET imaging techniques.
β’ Established knowledge of nuclear cardiology protocols.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in optimizing clinical workflows.
β’ Strong background in patient care and clinical operations.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and training skills.
β’ Capability to work independently while juggling multiple projects and customer relationships.
β’ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Professionalism, adaptability, and the poise to handle challenging situations.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions and nationally as required.
β’ Multi-state licensure may be necessary.
