Nuclear Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate contractual risks, encompassing technical challenges, quantities and/or volumes, timelines, and cost assessments.

• Recognize risks and potentially detrimental events that could impact the contract’s financial outcomes, as well as opportunities.

• Raise alerts concerning unfavorable contractual issues.

• Suggest cost-saving measures and optimize the entitlement for invoicing.

• Assess ongoing performance metrics and pinpoint specific indicators.

• Oversee documentation that encompasses all financial and commercial facets of the contract.

• Supervise and draft sensitive contractual communication.

• Gather data and formulate contractual arguments.

• Prepare the final account and end-of-project claims, quantifying all discrepancies.

• Engage in negotiations for the final account with the client.

• Comprehend and manage the various constraints and obligations stemming from partnership and joint-contracting agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) with a solid understanding of law and contract management.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably within an industrial setting.
