NP/PA – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver medical care remotely via phone and messaging.

• Provide patient care in alignment with the guidelines, practices, and policies of Oscar Medical Group.

• Prioritize efficiency and the quality of care delivery.

• Facilitate patient access to virtual urgent care services.

• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and healthcare providers across various service lines, including primary care and health assessments.

• Innovate diagnosis, treatment, and virtual follow-up processes for members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) from an accredited program.

• Board Certification is required (NP: ANCC, PA: PA-C).

• Bilingual in Spanish; must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.

• Successful completion of a verbal and written Spanish fluency assessment is mandatory.

• Current full practice licensure in at least three of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, or Georgia, which must be active at the time of application.

• Willingness to acquire licenses in additional states with support from Oscar.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, or outpatient family medicine practice.

• At least 2 years of experience in telehealth services.
