NP/PA – Virtual Urgent Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver medical care remotely via phone and messaging platforms.

• Administer patient care in accordance with the guidelines, practices, and policies of the Oscar Medical Group.

• Emphasize efficiency and high-quality delivery of care.

• Facilitate patient access to Virtual Urgent Care services.

• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and other providers across various service lines, including primary care and health assessments.

• Provide telemedicine services using Oscar's advanced platforms.

• Innovate the methods by which Oscar diagnoses, treats, and follows up with members in a virtual setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.

• Board Certification (NP: ANCC, PA: PA-C).

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

• Ability to successfully complete a fluency assessment (both verbal and written).

• Current full practice licensure in a minimum of three of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, Georgia (active at the time of application submission).

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states with our support, collaborating with our licensing vendor.

• Over 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, emergency room, or outpatient family medicine practice.

• More than 2 years of telehealth experience.
