NP / APRN – Telemedicine Primary Care Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide primary care services through telemedicine.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical treatment.

• Work collaboratively with a team to maintain continuity of care.

• Diagnose and manage a range of adult and primary care conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification.

• Currently licensed in Illinois, with the potential to secure additional state licenses as required.

• Possess a valid Illinois DEA Registration in good standing across all schedules for prescribing medications, including S2.

• A minimum of 3 years post-residency practice experience is highly preferred for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• A minimum of 2 years post-residency practice experience is highly preferred for Physicians.

• Must hold Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine.

• Dedication to evidence-based medicine is essential.

• Openness to learning how to diagnose and manage a variety of adult and primary care conditions.

• A PC with Windows PRO or a Mac model newer than 2019 is mandatory.
