Norwegian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with AI models focusing on scenarios in the Norwegian language.

• Assess factual correctness and logical coherence.

• Capture reproducible error traces for analysis.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Document model failure modes related to Norwegian language topics to enhance model reasoning.

• Assist in developing high-quality training data for next-generation AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Norwegian language, covering aspects such as grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• Understanding of verb conjugation, noun inflection, sentence structure, distinctions between Bokmål and Nynorsk, regional dialects, formal and informal registers, and the Norwegian writing system.

• A Master’s or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or participation in hands-on linguistic analysis projects is a beneficial indicator of suitability.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to clearly demonstrate your thought process.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Proficient in the Norwegian language.
