Norwegian Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model regarding language scenarios.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical consistency of responses.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Recommend enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge advanced language models and systematically record all failure modes to strengthen model reasoning.

• Contribute to the training data for the next generation of AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Norwegian language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• In-depth knowledge of verb conjugation, noun inflection, sentence structure, distinctions between Bokmål and Nynorsk, regional dialects, formal and informal registers, and the Norwegian writing system.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively—demonstrating your thought process.

• A master's degree or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in hands-on linguistic analysis projects will indicate suitability for the role.
