• Evaluate and annotate content in Northern Sotho.

• Review AI-generated outputs for precision and fluency.

• Recognize and document patterns of errors.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance prompts, evaluation techniques, and linguistic standards.

• Offer expert insights on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural relevance.

• Contribute to the enhancement of training data and the performance of AI models.

• Proficiency in Northern Sotho is essential.

• Proven experience in translation, linguistics, language instruction, editing, or related fields.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Cultural awareness.

• High attention to detail.

• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is advantageous.
