Node JS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable and dependable backend services and APIs.

• Create high-performance systems that can manage substantial volumes of data and traffic.

• Enhance and refine backend infrastructure utilizing Node.js.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, focusing on data modeling and performance enhancement.

• Architect and implement solutions within a microservices framework.

• Develop and sustain cloud-based services and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and various cross-functional teams to introduce new features.

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve intricate production challenges.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices.

• Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested, and documented code.

• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to comprehend technical requirements and convert them into effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in backend development, emphasizing the creation of scalable applications and services.

• Strong expertise in Node.js.

• Practical experience with database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.

• Experience engaging directly with customers or in a product-focused company/environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Strong dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
