NOC Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for essential production systems in a 24x7 NOC setting.

• Carry out production support as well as application and infrastructure monitoring.

• Assess and escalate incidents as necessary.

• Engage in or facilitate major incident response meetings.

• Examine logs and monitoring data spanning various systems.

• Connect information from enterprise monitoring and alerting systems.

• Assist with cloud, application, infrastructure, and network operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–10 years of relevant experience.

• Background in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or a comparable environment.

• Proficient in monitoring critical production systems.

• Familiarity with incident triage and escalation processes.

• Experience in participating in or coordinating major incident response meetings.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly GCP/GKE preferred.

• Skilled in application and infrastructure monitoring practices.

• Experience in working with logs and monitoring data.

• Understanding of fundamental application, infrastructure, and network concepts.

• Ability to correlate data across multiple monitoring systems.

• Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring tools.

• NOC 24x7 operations experience.

• Production support expertise.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies: GCP or GKE preferred; AWS or Azure considered.

• Experience with AppDynamics or similar APM platforms.

• Proficient in using Splunk or similar log-management tools.

• Knowledge of SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring solutions.

• Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management.

• Familiarity with OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call solutions.

• Proficient in Kubernetes.

• Availability for the schedule from 11:15pm to 7:15am EST.

• Notice period of 15–20 days or immediate availability.
