No-Code Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop user interfaces for applications utilizing no-code design tools.

• Automate server logic processes with no-code business process tools and BPMN notation.

• Create web services and develop RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces for seamless system integration.

• Set up webhook services that include authentication, data management, and logging functionalities.

• Design database schemas, incorporating tables, relationships, and data fields, using the Creatio Objects designer.

• Break down user stories into actionable no-code development tasks.

• Perform market analysis on competitors, industry developments, and analyst insights.

• Conduct interviews with end users or solution consultants to collect feedback and ascertain product requirements.

• Work in tandem with Quality Assurance Engineers on both manual and automated testing processes.

• Utilize Git/SVN for version control management.

• Create applications and investigate solutions to resolve genuine business challenges leveraging the Creatio platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executing business analyses and research activities, including market research, competitor evaluations, and gathering business requirements.

• Familiarity with database management principles, including T-SQL fundamentals, data queuing, relationship design, view models, indexes, joins, and sub-selects.

• Comprehensive understanding of BPMN notation principles and business process modeling techniques.

• Proven background in working with software development teams or as a business analyst for IT projects.

• Practical experience in configuring information systems using UI-based tools.

• Strong grasp of technology concepts, data structures, and integration strategies.

• Capability to swiftly adapt to new UI tools and technologies.

• Proficient in English, with skills in conducting interviews and collaborating with international stakeholders.

• Experience with CRM, BPM, or No-Code Platform/System is an advantage.

• Coding proficiency is a bonus.

• Familiarity with Figma or similar UI prototyping tools is an added advantage.
