This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Continuously oversee Cloud environments, services, and resources.
• Monitor dashboards, metrics, alerts, and observability tools.
• Detect outages, performance issues, and potential incidents.
• Conduct initial event analysis and triage following established procedures and playbooks.
• Log, categorize, update, and manage tickets and incidents.
• Implement the designated first-level operational response protocols.
• Refer issues to the appropriate Cloud teams for specialized intervention as needed.
• Track incidents through stabilization or appropriate handoff.
• Assist in monitoring the availability and performance of the environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and information transfer between shifts.
• Experience or understanding of NOC operations, monitoring, infrastructure, technical support, or IT operations.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, networks, connectivity, servers, and service availability.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management tools.
• Troubleshooting skills for initial analysis.
• Experience in opening, tracking, and escalating tickets/incidents.
• Capability to adhere to procedures, playbooks, and escalation workflows.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible individual with strong communication abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with AWS environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with Cloud monitoring services and tools.
• AWS or related certifications in Cloud, infrastructure, and networking.
• Technical or higher education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Cloud Computing, or similar fields.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Practical knowledge of network and systems troubleshooting, including connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Familiarity with network and systems monitoring tools such as Zabbix or similar platforms.
• Availability to work overnight and respond promptly to incidents outside of standard business hours.
• Technical education.
