This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Process a minimum of 200 routine and moderately complex life insurance and annuity applications each week.

β€’ Review, process, audit, and issue applications in accordance with state and company standards and guidelines.

β€’ Utilize various administrative systems to manage application processing.

β€’ Uphold customer privacy and safeguard sensitive information.

β€’ Assess, manage, and finalize pending policies.

β€’ Assist senior team members with intricate or atypical cases and escalate as necessary.

β€’ Evaluate unclear requests and system errors, escalating them appropriately.

β€’ Document the steps taken to resolve issues.

β€’ Identify and propose improvements for processes and procedures.

β€’ Aid in the implementation of process enhancements.

β€’ Audit newly issued policies against applications and contract documents.

β€’ Support the maintenance of team standards, objectives, and turnaround expectations.

β€’ Manage workflow queues and other tasks in alignment with team standards.

β€’ Engage in team meetings and team-building initiatives.

β€’ Carry out other related tasks as requested or needed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School diploma or GED equivalent.

β€’ Preferred: One year of office experience.

β€’ Preferred: One year of experience in data entry or insurance administration.

β€’ Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.

β€’ Capability to work under tight deadlines and adapt schedules to meet turnaround expectations.

β€’ Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communication.

β€’ Self-motivated individual committed to personal growth.

β€’ General knowledge of PCs, including Microsoft Office.

β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.

β€’ Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.

β€’ Ability to collaborate within a team environment.

β€’ Typing speed of 40 words per minute.

β€’ Must be available to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

β€’ Must reside in Wisconsin.
