This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in-person and virtually.
• Create and execute business and territory call plans.
• Identify and employ live/virtual engagement strategies to enhance effectiveness and impact.
• Foster rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Utilize internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Educate providers in a compliant manner on the value propositions of both unbranded and branded products for relevant patient populations.
• Leverage approved disease-state information and patient resources.
• Collaborate across the organization to resolve customer inquiries and advance Pfizer's objectives.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree; or an associate’s degree with over 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with more than 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities, small business ownership, entrepreneurial ventures, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation in the past 7 years will disqualify the candidate from employment.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
• Preferred: a strong track record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communication skills, teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
• Preferred: experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
• Preferred: knowledge of customers and markets within the posted territory.
• Preferred: reside within the boundaries of the territory.
