This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Engage with healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital resources.
β’ Offer expertise concerning products and their approved indications.
β’ Perform proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care protocols.
β’ Direct customers to Customer Service Specialists and other team members as necessary.
β’ Ensure that customer requests are fulfilled and gather feedback on engagement quality.
β’ Facilitate speaker programs.
β’ Organize local provider discussions to share experiences and outcomes with regional and local leaders.
β’ Elevate opportunities, feedback, and insights from local markets to the Area Business Lead.
β’ Collaborate compliantly with the ecosystem team to modify targeting and call-point strategies.
β’ Utilize customer insights to shape local strategies and business objectives.
β’ Monitor territory performance and identify opportunities using competitive analysis, business reports, sales data, and promotional budgets.
β’ Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
β’ Conduct office visits and sales presentations utilizing approved marketing materials and technical references.
β’ Build strong relationships with office and practice personnel to enhance patient health and outcomes.
β’ Report directly to the Area Business Lead and coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
β’ Must live within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory.
β’ Prior cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a related field.
β’ At least 4 years of experience in a sales role working with healthcare providers, ideally representing multiple products.
β’ Capability to thrive in an ambiguous environment undergoing change.
β’ Proven success in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others.
β’ Adherence to ethical business practices and a solid understanding of regulatory standards.
β’ Ability to conduct business activities in line with Company policies and guidelines.
β’ Competence in assimilating and conveying complex clinical and product information.
β’ Awareness of territory and business conditions affecting sales performance.
β’ Proficiency in educating office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
β’ Skillful utilization of promotional materials.
β’ Familiarity with internal support team resources and effective usage of those resources.
β’ Capability to apply market and industry knowledge to overcome objections and influence prescribing practices.
β’ Ability to identify professional groups in the territory and network with potential key opinion leaders.
β’ Skill in building relationships with office and practice personnel.
β’ Competent understanding of own products and the competition.
β’ Ability to conduct balanced office visits and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references.
