This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Engage with healthcare providers utilizing in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
β’ Offer expertise regarding products and their approved indications.
β’ Act as the main contact for healthcare provider clients.
β’ Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Patient Support, and various cross-functional teams.
β’ Recognize emerging trends and competitive challenges within the neuroscience field.
β’ Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
β’ Analyze sales metrics and allocate promotional budget resources effectively.
β’ Work with internal support teams to enhance patient and provider outcomes.
β’ Develop strategies for neuroscience customers based on market and industry insights.
β’ Establish connections with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
β’ Foster and sustain long-term strategic relationships with neuroscience accounts.
β’ Influence healthcare provider prescribing behaviors using approved promotional materials and tailored presentations.
β’ Monitor performance metrics and modify activities to enhance results.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert for the internal team.
β’ Predict market shifts using business analytics.
β’ Assist the team in adapting to changes while embodying Otsuka values.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
β’ Must live within a 50-mile commuting distance from the primary city within the sales territory.
β’ A strong commitment to ethical business practices.
β’ Familiarity with regulatory standards.
β’ Capability to conduct business activities in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
β’ Advanced knowledge in territory analytics and business planning.
β’ Proficient in utilizing business data, understanding market conditions, and mapping KOLs/networks.
β’ Awareness of the competitive landscape, payer dynamics, and institutional/IDN influence.
β’ Understanding of payer guidelines and neuroscience reimbursement processes.
β’ Ability to analyze sales data and manage promotional budget resources.
β’ In-depth market and industry knowledge in neuroscience.
β’ Proficient in leveraging approved promotional materials and conveying technical information.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of both own and competitors' products.
β’ Ability to apply business analytics for trend identification and market forecasting.
β’ Proficient in understanding and utilizing internal systems and technology.
