This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Connect with healthcare professionals through in-person interactions, virtual meetings, and digital platforms.
β’ Act as the main liaison for long-term care accounts and healthcare practitioners.
β’ Report directly to the Area Business Lead.
β’ Collaborate with local Neuroscience Specialists, Medical Affairs MSLs, and Market Access RAMs.
β’ Organize speaker programs.
β’ Facilitate local provider group discussions.
β’ Convey opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead.
β’ Provide insights from the local market to influence strategy and team goals.
β’ Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the LTC landscape and propose solutions that enhance value for LTC facilities.
β’ Identify and foster relationships with LTC decision-makers, such as administrators, nursing directors, and pharmacy managers.
β’ Create and implement customized communication and sales strategies for LTC facilities.
β’ Deliver precise, on-label product information in line with approved materials and regulatory guidelines.
β’ Address inquiries regarding product access, payer coverage, co-pay options, prior authorization, formulary placement, and availability expectations.
β’ Provide insights on patient care, system protocols, standards of care, discharge procedures, and expert opinions.
β’ Utilize webinars, virtual meetings, digital newsletters, and interactive online platforms to engage clients.
β’ Analyze sales territories and leverage competitive data, business reports, sales data, and promotional budgets to uncover opportunities.
β’ Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement processes.
β’ Employ promotional materials and internal resources effectively.
β’ Navigate objections and influence prescribing behaviors during office visits.
β’ Identify professional groups and network with potential key opinion leaders.
β’ Cultivate relationships with office and practice staff, ensuring accurate follow-through.
β’ Conduct balanced office visits and sales presentations using authorized marketing materials and technical references.
β’ Demonstrate knowledge of products and competitors.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
β’ Must live within a 50-mile commuting radius of the primary city in the sales territory.
β’ Background in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare management, or a related field is required.
β’ Experience in the long-term care sector or with healthcare providers is highly preferred.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role engaging healthcare providers, preferably representing multiple products.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the LTC environment, including regulatory requirements, operational challenges, and clinical needs of LTC residents.
β’ Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in LTC facilities.
β’ Ability to excel in a dynamic and evolving environment.
β’ Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and mentoring colleagues or others.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Commitment to ethical business practices and a solid understanding of regulatory standards.
