This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.
• Oversee a designated geographic area to effectively promote and enhance the growth of Neurocrine products.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with physicians and other key customers within targeted accounts.
• Act as the representative for Neurocrine brands and their approved indications.
• Provide education to physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and other external stakeholders regarding product advantages.
• Propel product acceptance and growth through focused education and strategic account management.
• Implement territory sales strategies via both in-person and virtual communications.
• Identify and tackle territory-specific opportunities and obstacles to product success.
• Oversee promotional resources and manage the budget accordingly.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, community mental health clinics, long-term care facilities, payers, and pharmacies.
• Collaborate with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Adhere to FDA regulations, pharmaceutical industry best practices, company values, and compliance policies.
• Maintain a full field presence from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• A BS/BA degree in science or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care, Psychology, or Neurology sales is highly preferred.
• Experience in close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred.
• Background in Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic treatments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, and Veeva.
• Alternatively, a master's degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of comparable experience.
• Familiarity with best practices in the functional discipline and broader related business concepts.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and enforcement environments.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and achieving launch success in complex settings.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with business systems.
• Proficient in sales platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to lead and engage in cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and account management orientation.
• Ability to navigate complex accounts across diverse care settings.

• Must reside within the geographic boundaries of the assigned territory.
