This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee a designated geographic area while promoting and expanding Neurocrine products.
β’ Cultivate long-term relationships with physicians and other stakeholders for targeted accounts.
β’ Act as a representative for Neurocrine brands and their approved indications.
β’ Provide education to physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and other external stakeholders about the advantages of the products.
β’ Propel product acceptance and growth through focused education and strategic account management.
β’ Implement territory sales strategies utilizing both in-person and virtual communication methods.
β’ Identify and tackle territory-specific opportunities and challenges to ensure product success.
β’ Manage promotional resources and budget effectively.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, community mental health clinics, long-term care facilities, payers, and pharmacies.
β’ Work collaboratively with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
β’ Adhere to FDA guidelines, pharmaceutical industry best practices, company values, and compliance policies.
β’ Maintain a full field presence from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND at least 4 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech or a related area.
β’ OR a Master's degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care, Psychology, or Neurology sales is highly preferred.
β’ Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly desired.
β’ Background in Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sectors is strongly preferred.
β’ Familiarity with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com, Oracle database, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, and Veeva.
β’ Understanding of best practices in the functional discipline as well as broader business concepts.
β’ Strong grasp of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.
β’ Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and achieving launch success in complex scenarios.
β’ Advanced computer skills and proficiency in business systems.
β’ Expertise in sales platforms and business intelligence tools like Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, and Veeva.
β’ Exceptional project management skills.
β’ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong aptitude for sales and account management.
β’ Ability to navigate complex accounts across various care settings.
β’ Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements.
