This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets within the designated territory using approved market strategies and solutions.
β’ Engage with healthcare professionals in meaningful conversations to comprehend business, scientific, and patient requirements, addressing them with authorized product information.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Create and execute territory business plans by evaluating business conditions, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
β’ Build, foster, and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
β’ Navigate hospital formulary processes and develop strategies for product positioning and availability.
β’ Anticipate business challenges, realign priorities, and formulate solutions.
β’ Maintain expertise in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market trends, and the business environment of the territory.
β’ Work collaboratively with peers and company staff to accomplish corporate objectives and initiatives.
β’ Organize and plan schedules for optimal efficiency.
β’ Represent the company, its products, and personnel with professionalism, integrity, and respect.
β’ Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.
β’ Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
β’ BA/BS Degree.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including a minimum of 2 years in Neurology, Rare Disease, and/or CNS.
β’ Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry along with regulations and guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Experience with the launch of new products.
β’ Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ Proven selling abilities with a history of sales achievements, particularly in new product launches.
β’ Professional demeanor combined with exceptional ability to engage with others and develop strong business relationships.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Veeva is an advantage.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.
