πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Achieve or surpass sales targets for the designated region utilizing approved market strategies and solutions.

β€’ Engage with healthcare professionals in meaningful discussions regarding ALS and product requirements using authorized materials.

β€’ Assess sales data to pinpoint opportunities for business growth and address territorial issues.

β€’ Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other organizational members.

β€’ Create and execute a dynamic territory business plan informed by business insights, competitive analysis, and market evaluation.

β€’ Establish, cultivate, and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center teams.

β€’ Navigate the hospital formulary process and devise strategies for product positioning and accessibility.

β€’ Anticipate business obstacles, realign priorities, and formulate solutions.

β€’ Maintain expertise in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market conditions, and the business environment of the territory.

β€’ Work collaboratively with colleagues and company personnel to meet corporate goals and initiatives.

β€’ Organize and manage schedules for optimal efficiency.

β€’ Serve as a company ambassador, representing the organization, products, and personnel with integrity and respect.

β€’ Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.

β€’ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ BA/BS Degree.

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including a minimum of 2 years in Neurology and/or CNS.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulations/guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical sales.

β€’ Experience in launching new products.

β€’ Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

β€’ Strong sales skills with a proven record of success, particularly in new product launches.

β€’ A polished, professional appearance combined with exceptional ability to engage others and foster strong business relationships.

β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.

β€’ Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Veeva is advantageous.

β€’ Must be willing to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.

β€’ Activities must adhere to applicable regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
