This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Achieve or surpass sales goals for the designated region utilizing approved market and selling strategies along with effective solutions.
• Engage healthcare professionals in significant and clinically relevant discussions regarding patient needs and products.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other organizational team members to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute territory business plans by assessing business conditions, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
• Build, develop, and sustain professional relationships with targeted KOLs, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
• Navigate hospital formulary processes and implement strategies for product positioning and availability.
• Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities as necessary, and formulate solutions.
• Maintain expertise in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market insights, and product details.
• Work in conjunction with peers and company staff to meet corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Organize schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Serve as a company ambassador, representing the organization, products, and personnel with integrity and respect.
• Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.
• Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and Pharma guidelines.
• BA/BS Degree.
• A minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 2 years in Neurology and/or CNS.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry along with the regulations and guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in launching new products.
• Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success, particularly in new product launches.
• A polished and professional demeanor, complemented by an exceptional ability to engage with others and cultivate strong business relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Veeva is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight trips.
