This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets for the designated region through approved market and sales strategies.
β’ Address the business and scientific requirements of healthcare professionals via clinically relevant discussions.
β’ Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other staff to formulate customer satisfaction strategies.
β’ Create and execute territory business plans based on business, competitive, and market analyses.
β’ Establish and nurture professional relationships with targeted KOLs, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
β’ Navigate hospital formulary procedures and implement strategies for product positioning and availability.
β’ Anticipate business obstacles, reprioritize, and develop effective solutions.
β’ Maintain expertise in selling techniques, clinical data, market trends, and product knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to achieve corporate goals and initiatives.
β’ Efficiently plan and organize schedules.
β’ Serve as a company ambassador, representing the organization, products, and personnel with integrity and respect.
β’ Complete tasks and projects assigned by the Regional Business Director.
β’ Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
β’ BA/BS Degree.
β’ At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Neurology and/or CNS.
β’ Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulations/guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Experience in launching new products.
β’ Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ Proven selling skills with a history of success, particularly in new product launches.
β’ Professional demeanor with exceptional ability to engage with others and foster strong business relationships.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
β’ Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Veeva is an advantage.
β’ Must be willing to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight trips.
β’ Must adhere to relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
