This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver specialized clinical care to patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders.
β’ Provide longitudinal virtual care for individuals with movement, cognitive, or neuromuscular conditions.
β’ Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments, cognitive evaluations, and follow-up care tailored to disease progression.
β’ Diagnose and oversee management of complex neurodegenerative disorders.
β’ Direct treatment planning including medications, innovative disease-modifying therapies, genetic counseling, and enrollment in clinical trials.
β’ Offer clinical direction and potential oversight to Advanced Practice Providers across various states.
β’ Collaborate with genetic counselors, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, speech therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
β’ Educate and support patients and their families.
β’ Contribute to clinical protocols, electronic health record documentation, and enhancements to care models.
β’ Engage in regular case discussions with peer neurologists and the multidisciplinary care team.
β’ Ensure compliance with clinical standards and telehealth regulations.
β’ MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
β’ Board-certified or eligible in Neurology (ABPN).
β’ Fellowship training in Movement Disorders, Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine, Clinical Neurophysiology, or demonstrated clinical experience treating Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, or ALS.
β’ Experience in managing complex neurodegenerative conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, MCI, Parkinson's disease, hereditary/sporadic ataxias, ALS, and PLS.
β’ Comfortable with telehealth delivery and remote interdisciplinary collaboration.
β’ Licensed, or able to obtain licensure, to practice in multiple states.
β’ Familiarity with innovative disease-modifying therapies, amyloid-targeting agents, or clinical trials is preferred.
β’ Experience in academic, multidisciplinary, value-based, or research-focused care settings is preferred.
β’ Geriatricians with direct experience in amyloid-targeting therapies will also be considered.
β’ Cannot provide work visa sponsorship.
β’ Work remotely from anywhere within the 50 United States.
