Networking Team Manager

• Develop and execute network strategies that align with business goals.

• Design and supervise the implementation of intricate network architectures.

• Assess and suggest enhancements for the network infrastructure.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the skills of network engineers and specialists.

• Conduct performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback.

• Identify skill gaps and establish training programs.

• Act as the primary contact for high-profile client projects.

• Foster relationships with new clients throughout project execution.

• Collaborate with account managers on the post-deployment transition.

• Address escalations and resolve complex project challenges.

• Oversee the planning and execution of client projects.

• Develop timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.

• Monitor project advancement against established timelines and budgets.

• Coordinate resources and expertise across various departments.

• Monitor network performance and implement optimization measures.

• Troubleshoot advanced network issues.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for network operations and the infrastructure team.

• Implement data-driven processes to enhance team efficiency.

• Ensure timely project completion and compliance with SLAs.

• Drive ongoing improvements in team performance and client satisfaction.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.

• Strong technical expertise in on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and various operating systems.

• Proven track record in managing cloud migration initiatives.

• Excellent comprehension of IT service management principles and best practices.

• Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with methodologies like ITIL and Agile.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.

• Relevant certifications are a plus.
