Network Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate extensive telecommunications and network performance datasets, including data gathered from crowdsourced measurements.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by providing customer-specific analyses, benchmarks, and insights grounded in data.

• Utilize established methodologies and models to address inquiries related to customers, markets, and competition.

• Create clear, customer-oriented insights, visualizations, and narratives based on data.

• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers during the qualification of deals and validation of solutions.

• Aid Customer Solutions and Services teams with post-sale analysis and validation to support adoption and outcome realization.

• Address analytical requests with precision and urgency, emphasizing customer impact and solution relevance.

• Work in partnership with Data Engineering and Product teams to guarantee data quality and usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles within the telecommunications or connectivity sectors.

• Proficient in SQL with experience in querying large-scale datasets.

• Familiarity with Python or R for conducting data analysis and modeling tasks.

• Basic understanding of performance metrics related to mobile, broadband, or internet networks.

• Experience with crowdsourced or large-scale observational datasets is highly preferred.

• Capability to convey analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
