Senior Media Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily delivery and quality of AI-driven Media Intelligence services, which encompass curated coverage reports, newsletters, executive summaries, and various client deliverables.

• Review, validate, and enhance AI-generated outputs for precision, relevance, editorial quality, and adherence to client specifications.

• Summarize media coverage, categorize and tag content, select pertinent articles, and organize related stories.

• Manage assigned services in accordance with briefs, quality standards, and deadlines.

• Identify and report any delivery risks.

• Collaborate with Customer Service to execute client requests and modifications.

• Work with Service Automation and Information Technology to resolve issues, determine root causes, and enhance services and workflows.

• Partner with Sales and MI Solutions to support sample and trial services.

• Document issues, escalate unresolved requests, and ensure follow-through to resolution.

• Maintain precise service documentation, client briefs, and operational manuals.

• Contribute to personal and team performance objectives and uphold consistent service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in media monitoring, media intelligence, media analysis, editorial operations, or a similar field.

• Practical experience in reviewing and validating media content, which includes summarization, content selection, categorization, tagging, or digest creation.

• Strong editorial judgment and proficient writing skills.

• Capability to distill complex media coverage into clear, accurate, and useful summaries.

• Experience in independently managing recurring client deliverables or services, encompassing requirements, deadlines, quality standards, and competing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in identifying quality issues, resolving operational challenges, and enhancing processes.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.

• Comfort with automated and AI-supported workflows, while applying strong human judgment and quality standards.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team collaboration, customer interactions, and company events.

• Participation in the annual company offsite is expected.
