Network Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze extensive telecommunications and network performance datasets, including data from crowdsourced measurements.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by providing customer-specific analyses, benchmarks, and data-driven insights relevant to solutions.

• Utilize established methodologies and models to address customer, market, and competitive inquiries.

• Create clear, customer-ready visualizations, insights, and data narratives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers during deal qualification and solution validation processes.

• Aid Customer Solutions and Services teams with post-sale analysis and validation to enhance adoption and outcome realization.

• Address analytical requests with precision and urgency, focusing on customer impact and the relevance of solutions.

• Work alongside Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure data quality and usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles within the telecommunications or connectivity sector.

• Proficient SQL skills with experience in querying large-scale datasets.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and modeling tasks.

• Basic understanding of mobile, broadband, or internet network performance metrics.

• Previous experience with crowdsourced or large-scale observational datasets is highly preferred.

• Capable of conveying analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
