Network & Hardware AI Validation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to effectively implement client requirements and ideas.

• Collaborate directly with client architects and end-users through design calls and sync meetings to gather requirements, clarify edge cases, and influence the future of the testing tool.

• Create and maintain a Python-based validation framework aimed at testing low-level SDK APIs.

• Leverage modern AI coding tools (such as LLMs, Copilot, Codex, etc.) as your primary workflow to swiftly generate, refactor, and enhance test scripts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in Python development or scripting specifically for test automation.

• Hands-on experience with physical hardware, router platforms, CLIs, and network interfaces.

• Strong comprehension of L2/L3 networking concepts, IP routing, and commonly used protocols (such as VLANs, BGP, OSPF).

• Regular daily use of AI tools (like Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) to efficiently write, debug, and deliver code.

• Proficient in written and spoken English for direct communication with client architects and end-users. (B2 level at minimum, but ideally C1 or C2).
