Network Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential affiliates and partners within relevant sectors to enhance both the size and quality of the Network.

• Perform initial assessments of incoming and outgoing partner applicants to ensure alignment with Network fit criteria.

• Maintain a steady outreach schedule and monitor the pipeline of potential partners from initial contact to onboarding.

• Evaluate current partner profiles and proactively seek suitable vendor opportunities for them.

• Assist in vendor onboarding by compiling a shortlist of relevant, high-potential partners for new initiatives.

• Create and uphold a systematic taxonomy for categorizing partners.

• Develop repeatable processes and simple tools/tracking systems to keep partner information organized and current.

• Support the Network Manager with daily administrative and organizational responsibilities pertaining to Network health.

• Aid in preparing internal reports regarding partner recruitment, coverage of categorizations, and the pipeline of emerging partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a BDR, recruiting, partnerships, or a role related to affiliate marketing (internships are encouraged).

• Strong organizational skills — adept at creating structure and processes where none currently exist.

• Comfortable engaging in outbound outreach and establishing initial relationships.

• Detail-oriented, with the capability to manage and categorize data/information efficiently using spreadsheets.

• Inquisitive and analytical — genuinely interested in understanding what contributes to a partner's success and recognizing patterns before they become apparent.

• Excellent written communication skills for partner outreach and internal documentation.
