NetSuite Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive NetSuite implementations across various operating companies, from the initial requirements gathering to the go-live phase and ongoing post-launch support.

• Formulate implementation strategies, timelines, milestones, readiness criteria, and risk management plans.

• Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and branch leadership to analyze current processes and design future workflows.

• Act as the main functional point of contact with the external NetSuite implementation partner.

• Offer functional expertise on workflows, approval hierarchies, user roles, dashboards, reporting, and essential transaction processes.

• Manage data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.

• Direct user acceptance testing to ensure that configurations, integrations, permissions, and reporting fulfill business requirements.

• Create cutover and go-live plans.

• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training for accounting, administrative, operational, and field users.

• Provide on-site assistance during the go-live and stabilization phases, troubleshoot issues, and promote user adoption.

• Identify areas for enhancing reporting, controls, workflow efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 5+ years of experience in supporting ERP implementations, enterprise system rollouts, or finance process transformation initiatives.

• Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite.

• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover, and post-launch support.

• In-depth understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, general ledger, accounts payable/accounts receivable, approval workflows, and financial reporting.

• Experience in implementing or standardizing systems across multiple entities, branches, locations, or acquired businesses.

• Preference for candidates with experience in private equity-backed, acquisition-driven, multi-location, or field services organizations.

• A hands-on, highly organized approach.

• Capability to work independently.

• Ability to collaborate with executives, accounting teams, implementation partners, and field employees.

• Proficient in translating complex system concepts into actionable solutions.

• Willingness to travel frequently to operating companies.
