NetSuite Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the successful execution of a range of NetSuite implementation, optimization, integration, and managed services projects.

• Define project governance, delivery standards, and quality assurance measures.

• Track project health, risks, budgets, scope, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Ensure that consultants adhere to established implementation methodologies and delivery protocols.

• Lead in managing escalations and coordinate recovery strategies when project risks emerge.

• Act as a senior-level contact for strategic clients.

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.

• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and conduct project status evaluations.

• Manage client expectations concerning scope, timelines, and results.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with sales on account growth strategies.

• Oversee consulting utilization, capacity planning, staffing forecasts, and resource assignments.

• Supervise project profitability, budgets, burn rates, revenue forecasts, time entry compliance, billing preparedness, change orders, and scope extensions.

• Guide, mentor, and coach NetSuite consultants, project managers, and delivery leads.

• Support onboarding, development, performance assessments, and career planning.

• Establish best practices, reusable resources, and delivery playbooks.

• Review project outputs and assist with deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare planning.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and project success indicators.

• Oversee managed services delivery and support operations, including SLA adherence, responsiveness, and priority escalations.

• Collaborate with Customer Success teams on long-term client strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems delivery.

• More than 3 years of experience in delivery management or consulting leadership, overseeing multiple client engagements.

• Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, integrations, and managed services.

• Proven ability to manage project budgets, profitability, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery outcomes.

• Demonstrated capability in managing executive-level client relationships, project escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing consulting teams.

• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, quality assurance, and SLA compliance.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant.

• Experience working within a NetSuite consulting partner or professional services setting.

• Familiarity with project management, resource planning, and professional services automation (PSA) tools.

• Experience supporting international clients and recognizing account growth opportunities.
