NetSuite Consulting Manager – Product, MFG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive NetSuite implementations for clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, and Wholesale Distribution sectors.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into effective NetSuite solutions.

• Configure and deploy NetSuite modules related to inventory, order management, procurement, demand planning, manufacturing, BOM, WMS, multi-location inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and barcode/RF scanning.

• Act as the main functional consultant and trusted advisor during client engagements.

• Mentor and support both onshore and offshore consulting teams throughout the project delivery process.

• Evaluate solution designs to ensure compliance with implementation best practices.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, which include solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, effort estimation, and proposal creation.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and third-party applications.

• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction and business value.

• Lead and grasp client subscription terminology, gather requirements, configure, test, conduct end-to-end walkthroughs, and train end users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of functional consulting experience with NetSuite in product-driven organizations.

• In-depth knowledge of business processes in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing.

• Practical experience with the implementation of Inventory Management, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing (WIP & Routing), Bill of Materials (BOM), Warehouse Management (WMS), Demand Planning, Multi-location Inventory, Pick, Pack & Ship, and Barcode/RF Scanning.

• Proven experience leading several end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

• Strong skills in client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience in mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.

• Ability to conduct business process workshops and suggest best-practice NetSuite solutions.

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations is an asset.

• Exposure to SuiteCommerce, RF-SMART, or third-party warehouse solutions is advantageous.

• Background in consulting or professional services.

• Experience in supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and client demonstrations.

• Industry experience in software and vertical services is preferred.
