This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop corporate guidelines and reference standards for .NET 8/9, focusing on API First, integration, resilience, and security.
• Spearhead the shift from monolithic architectures to event-driven microservices ecosystems.
• Create models for Bounded Contexts and establish technical contracts.
• Implement observability practices utilizing OpenTelemetry, Serilog, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Set availability requirements, including SLIs/SLOs.
• Design integrations with SQL Server, Redis, and distributed messaging systems using RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
• Create automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure adherence to OWASP ASVS, OAuth2/OIDC, centralized secrets management, and mTLS.
• Lead the development of RFCs and ADRs.
• Provide mentorship to developers and technical leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of the contemporary C#/.NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, Worker Services, and middleware.
• Advanced knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and API First (OpenAPI).
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka, covering retries, DLQ, and idempotency.
• Experience with EF Core and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including manifests/Helm.
• Familiarity with autoscaling principles.
• Experience in identity management utilizing OAuth2/OIDC via Keycloak or Azure AD.
• Understanding of vulnerability analysis in accordance with OWASP standards.
• Experience with observability stacks.
• Practical knowledge of AI applications in software development: Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Agents, and MCP.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in deploying API Gateways (Azure APIM, Tyk, or APISIX).
• Nice-to-haves: Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and GitOps using ArgoCD on Azure/GCP.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in load and performance testing with k6 or Locust.
