.NET Developer – Microservizi, Cloud Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Development and enhancement of backend applications using C# / ASP.NET Core

• Design and development of Web APIs

• Development and integration of services via gRPC and Protocol Buffers

• Creation of microservices architectures

• Implementation of synchronous and event-based communications

• Integration with RabbitMQ and Kafka

• Management of the persistence layer using Entity Framework Core

• Development and optimization of queries and stored procedures on SQL Server

• Management of connection resilience and application security aspects

• Utilization of Docker and Kubernetes

• Collaboration with pipelines and delivery processes on Azure DevOps

• Involvement in a long-term enterprise project at B&A Consulting, a Software House and Digital Company

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in .NET development

• Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET Core 5.0–10

• Strong proficiency in C#

• Experience with Web APIs, middleware, Dependency Injection, and configuration binding

• Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers

• Good understanding of Entity Framework Core

• Experience with SQL Server, complex queries, and stored procedures

• Knowledge of connection resilience mechanisms

• Experience with encryption and hashing systems, such as Hashids

• Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka

• Solid experience with microservices architectures

• Understanding of gRPC and event-driven communication patterns

• Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Self-sufficiency, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, structured approach, proactivity, teamwork capability, focus on code quality, effective communication skills, and delivery orientation

• Availability for collaboration under a freelance contract (Partita IVA)
