.NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle for healthcare data applications.

• Create, develop, and sustain both front-end and back-end systems utilizing .NET technologies.

• Execute high-priority application software and infrastructure tasks, including database design, feature and story development, reusable code, components, and application functionality.

• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to determine application architecture and formulate software designs.

• Assess and optimize application performance across various customer use cases.

• Serve as the technical lead, supporting developers while tracking progress against project milestones.

• Conduct technical design reviews and code assessments.

• Provide scheduling estimates and assist in the overall scheduling process.

• Mentor team members in application development practices and database implementation techniques.

• Offer insights to managers regarding team member performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recommended 8-12 years of experience in software development.

• Bachelor’s degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Expertise in advanced SQL Query optimization.

• Demonstrated experience in completing a .NET upgrade.

• In-depth knowledge of technical competencies.

• Acknowledged as a role model for mid-sized teams.

• Capacity to learn and implement new concepts for creating quality software products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
