Needs Assessment Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Train, mentor, and oversee Needs Assessment Coordinators

• Execute personnel management tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance evaluation, and employee relations

• Build and maintain relationships with staff and referral partners

• Assist Needs Assessment Coordinators by responding to calls during peak times

• Collaborate with various departments within the organization

• Ensure the precision of bed management software for bed availability and scheduling

• Hold coordinators accountable to established role standards

• Assess quality by reviewing coordinator documentation and phone interactions

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the responsibilities of Needs Assessment Coordinators

• Manage assigned on-call responsibilities

• Present key data in a format that can be acted upon

• Enhance the team’s skills and knowledge to support a top-tier admissions team

• Conduct data collection, aggregation, analysis, and reporting to facilitate system/process pathway modifications, identify quality issues, and recognize potential risks

• Perform additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a human services field is preferred

• Experience in a health or human services organization, ideally in a drug and alcohol environment

• Previous management experience is preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with interpersonal abilities

• Capability to resolve problems by gathering and analyzing relevant information

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in problem-solving scenarios

• Proactive approach to problem solving

• Competence in managing a crisis and responding appropriately

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

• Ability to make objective and ethical decisions

• Remain calm and decisive in crisis situations

• Foster a team environment and lead continuous improvement initiatives
