Needs Assessment Coordinator – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform screenings on calls from prospective clients.

• Complete all necessary documentation related to client calls.

• Finalize all reports required for Needs Assessment/Referral Development.

• Manage admissions, referrals, and transportation needs during on-call and off-hours.

• Ensure accurate bed availability across the entire Pyramid system.

• Exhibit conduct that aligns with Pyramid's ethical standards.

• Engage in training and development activities to improve job knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Services field is preferred.

• Experience in a health or human services agency, particularly in a drug and alcohol setting, is preferred.

• Schedule availability: Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm.

• Build effective interpersonal relationships.

• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Have a working understanding of emotional, mental health, and drug and alcohol issues.
