Needs Assessment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform screenings during potential client calls.

• Finalize all necessary documentation related to client calls.

• Prepare all mandatory reports connected to Needs Assessment/Referral Development.

• Manage on-call and after-hours admissions, referrals, and transportation requirements.

• Ensure precise bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.

• Engage in training and development activities to improve job knowledge and skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Human Services field is preferred.

• Prior experience in a health or human services agency, ideally in a drug & alcohol setting, is preferred.

• A solid understanding of emotional, mental health, and drug & alcohol issues is necessary.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Ability to foster effective interpersonal relationships.

• Must be a team player.

• Conduct must align with Pyramid's ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.

• Involvement in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills is expected.
