This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct evaluations during preliminary client calls

• Complete all necessary documentation related to client interactions

• Fulfill all reporting requirements connected with Needs Assessment and Referral Development

• Manage admissions, referrals, and transportation needs during on-call and after-hours

• Ensure accurate bed availability across the entire Pyramid system

• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve job-related knowledge and skills

• Deliver client-centered behavioral healthcare support within the scope of Pyramid Healthcare’s addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder treatment services

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Human Services field is preferred

• Experience in a health or human services agency, ideally within a drug & alcohol environment, is preferred

• Maintain precise bed availability across the entire Pyramid system

• Exhibit conduct that aligns with Pyramid's ethical standards

• Possess a working knowledge of emotional, mental health, and drug & alcohol issues

• Demonstrate confidentiality, safety, outstanding communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work collaboratively

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm

• Capability to manage on-call and after-hours admissions, referrals, and transportation needs
