Needs Assessment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform screenings for potential client calls

• Complete all necessary documentation related to client calls

• Fulfill all reporting requirements associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development

• Manage admissions, referrals, and transportation needs during on-call and off-hours

• Ensure accurate tracking of bed availability across the entire Pyramid system

• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve job knowledge and skills

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Human Service field is preferred

• Experience in a health or human services agency, especially in a drug & alcohol setting, is preferred

• Maintain accurate tracking of bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system

• Exhibit behavior that aligns with Pyramid's ethical standards

• Possess a working knowledge of emotional, mental health, and drug & alcohol issues

• Demonstrate confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work as part of a team
