This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with both potential and current artist and label clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

• Utilize Zendesk to monitor client interactions and evaluate specific service level agreements (SLAs).

• Coordinate client communications and function as a liaison among internal team members.

• Partner with Symphonic’s global team to devise and execute tailored release marketing strategies.

• Oversee daily release-management operations, including adherence to metadata standards, production processes, ingestion, and takedown procedures.

• Strategize, oversee, and evaluate the financial performance of client relationships, incorporating budget development, tracking, and analysis of sales/streaming revenues.

• Anticipate challenges and implement communication and tactical solutions to address them.

• Support Corporate and Client Marketing meetings to foster business development and attract new clients.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music or a related business field, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a key client relationship position at a record label, distributor, artist management company, publisher, agency, or DSP.

• Demonstrated success in nurturing emerging artists or labels.

• Established strong connections or roots within the music industry community.

• Capacity to manage a high-volume client workload effectively.

• Experience or capability to guide clients through fundamental release strategies.

• Familiarity with client relationship management and providing responsive day-to-day support.
