National Residential Escrow Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate real estate escrow transactions by identifying requirements.

• Serve as a neutral intermediary among buyers, sellers, lenders, and other involved parties.

• Follow company policies while assessing and minimizing organizational risk.

• Manage and allocate funds in accordance with contract stipulations and company guidelines.

• Generate regular status reports on escrow accounts for transaction participants.

• Review property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents.

• Draft legal documents necessary for the completion of sales.

• Record and archive documents.

• Prepare and distribute final closing statements and title documentation.

• Primarily manage mail-in closings.

• Deliver customer service and support in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in escrow-related roles.

• Proven experience in managing escrow transactions directly.

• Willingness to embrace new technologies and proprietary systems; capacity to adapt to new workflows.

• Commitment to assisting customers while upholding a professional and positive demeanor.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external clients.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in navigating internal and external resources.

• Capability to contribute positively to a team environment.

• Ability to mentor and support emerging talent in the business.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and quick to learn new software applications and technologies.

• Valid licensing or certification as mandated by the relevant state.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
