This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in the planning and execution of the marketing strategy for the designated community.
• Support leasing duties to optimize occupancy rates.
• Uphold a superior customer service relationship by following the Peak Simply Service Standards.
• Stay informed about Company policies and procedures.
• Aid in training property staff on Company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leasing personnel to complete the Peak Leasing Experience.
• Conduct interviews for onsite positions and contribute to the recruitment process by recommending candidates to the Property Manager or Regional Manager.
• Assist in training part-time leasing consultants and property staff.
• Help schedule and oversee part-time leasing consultants at a specific property.
• Support in addressing employee-related matters.
• Participate in conducting performance evaluations for part-time leasing consultants and property staff.
• Take part in property inspections, including quarterly, move-in, and move-out evaluations.
• Aid the Property Manager or Regional Manager in overseeing maintenance personnel, and when required, directly arrange property repairs with external contractors.
• Monitor maintenance service responses to guarantee high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate the preparation and processing of leases and relevant documentation for approval by the Property Manager or Regional Manager.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with property retention policies for Regional Manager approval.
• Carry out various administrative tasks as required.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting obligations.
• Responsible for assisting the property in meeting budgeted revenue, expense, and Net Operating Income targets.
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as the primary property manager in the absence of the Property Manager or Assistant Manager; Fill in for vacant positions as needed.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Property Manager is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a College degree is preferred.
• This position entails 90% travel, including air travel.
• Travel for student property turnover may involve a full 2-4 week assignment.
• A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are mandatory.
• Candidates must provide their own reliable vehicle to perform all job functions.
• Must possess the ability to rent a vehicle in accordance with rental requirements.
• Candidates must be at least 25 years old to meet certain car rental prerequisites.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.
• Skills in Marketing and Leasing are preferred.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
• Base residency and weekly travel expenses will be discussed during the interview process.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends as needed to complete job assignments.
