This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main clinical expert in cardiac and vascular ultrasound for the General Imaging organization throughout the United States and Canada.
β’ Assist in strategic sales initiatives, competitive displacement activities, and cardiovascular demonstrations.
β’ Provide technical and clinical leadership during customer evaluations.
β’ Support advanced customer installations, onboarding processes, application utilization, workflow enhancements, and boost customer confidence.
β’ Serve as an escalation point for intricate clinical inquiries and customer concerns.
β’ Develop and present internal education materials, training resources, and clinical tools.
β’ Collaborate with Product Management, Education, Sales, Service, and clinical teams.
β’ Facilitate the adoption of new product introductions, advanced imaging features, and workflow improvements.
β’ Establish relationships with clinical stakeholders and thought leaders.
β’ Gather and communicate insights from the field, competitive feedback, customer needs, and workflow challenges.
β’ Create, manage, coordinate, and deliver training on a global scale to both internal and external partners and customers.
β’ Undertake roles as a content developer, trainer, and registrar.
β’ Provide informal mentoring to new team members.
β’ Over 6 years of clinical experience in cardiac and vascular ultrasound, demonstrating expertise in advanced cardiovascular applications and workflow.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 90% of the week as required.
β’ Reside within one hour of an international airport.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years in ECHO and vascular ultrasound experience.
β’ Preferred or required registered sonography credentials such as RDCS, RVT, RCS, or equivalent cardiovascular ultrasound certification based on business standards.
β’ Strong grasp of clinical education, application training, customer onboarding, and workflow optimization.
β’ Capability to present complex clinical and technical information to diverse audiences.
β’ Experience in supporting ultrasound product demonstrations, customer evaluations, competitive positioning, or strategic commercial opportunities.
β’ Ability to collaborate across commercial, clinical, product, service, and education teams.
β’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Proficient oral and written communication skills.
β’ Competence in analyzing and resolving problems.
β’ Ability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.
β’ Established project management abilities.
β’ Previous commercial experience is advantageous.
β’ Advanced clinical knowledge of cardiovascular ultrasound systems, applications, and emerging technologies.
β’ Experience in mentoring clinical teams or developing scalable training content.
β’ Aptitude for translating customer needs, workflow challenges, and competitive insights into actionable business recommendations.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
