This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Develop, manage, and enhance a robust sales funnel
• Identify and qualify potential opportunities, oversee the pipeline, and deliver precise forecasts
• Meet and surpass designated sales quotas and revenue targets
• Create new sales opportunities across various Navari business units
• Guide opportunities through the stages of prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate with Solutions Specialists and subject matter experts to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and business case development
• Oversee product integration at credit unions, which includes executive meetings, solution presentations, implementations, and client onboarding
• Formulate and execute retention and expansion strategies for existing clients nearing contract expiration
• Conduct on-site business evaluations and pinpoint cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain precise sales forecasts and report on pipeline health, territory activities, competitive insights, and revenue projections
• Foster relationships with credit union executives, league leaders, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders
• Collect and relay competitive intelligence, industry trends, client feedback, and emerging opportunities
• Adhere to company sales processes, reporting obligations, travel policies, and CRM data standards
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or relevant years of experience are required
• A minimum of three to five years of prior experience in outside sales is necessary
• Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required
• Previous experience selling SaaS, technology, or financial services solutions to credit unions or banks is highly preferred
• Ability to adapt to change and varying work requirements
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and group communication skills, both via phone and in person
• Strong sense of urgency with a focus on customer service
