This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to surpass expectations and achieve significant growth with national partners.

• Comprehend national partners’ go-to-market strategies within each segment and formulate strategic growth plans.

• Collaborate across functions with marketing and enablement to establish and support alliance program initiatives.

• Strategically utilize investment resources to optimize ROI while meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growth objectives sourced from partners.

• Enhance CrowdStrike’s brand presence among national partners at both executive and seller levels.

• Partner with Americas sales leadership to ensure alignment with partner sales teams and the overall strategic direction.

• Employ data insights to propose targeted partner programs and initiatives that foster mutual success.

• Coordinate with regional alliance managers and technology alliance managers to implement strategic plans within the territory.

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities.

• Skills in conflict resolution.

• A degree from a university or college.

• A proven history of success in exceeding revenue targets.

• A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, initiative, and hands-on problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.

• A motivated and focused self-starter with robust leadership skills.

• Proficiency in multi-tasking and working independently or as part of a team.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience with AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.

• Prior sales experience in the information security sector (preferred).

• Comprehensive technical knowledge across a wide array of security and networking technologies (preferred).

• Previous experience with Dell (preferred).

• Ideal candidates should reside in the central time zone.
